Reduce form to 3 fields

Every field on a form is a question. Every question is a reason to leave.

The math is roughly: each field you remove adds about 10% to your completion rate. That's not a universal law, but it holds up surprisingly well across industries.

Ask yourself what you actually need at the point of sign-up. Do you need their company name right now? Their phone number? Their job title? Or do you need their email and a way to say hello?

Name. Email. Go. You can ask for everything else after they're in. A short form that converts at 40% beats a detailed form that converts at 12% every single time.

Try this

Count your form fields. Remove everything that isn't essential for step one. Ask the rest later.
